Join Beedie's expanding team as a Project Coordinator focused on industrial construction. Collaborate with our Project Management Team and external consultants from design to project completion.

This role entails acting as an Owner's Representative on select projects while managing pre-construction and construction phases. You'll engage in planning, scheduling, contract administration, and project oversight, taking ownership of scoped projects under the direction of a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in creating conceptual project budgets • Prepare construction and design schedules • Coordinate drawings for municipal permit applications • Manage project tender packages and scopes of work • Generate and review contractor bid analysis and recommendations
