Position Scope:

The Project Coordinator provides support by managing the progress of multiple projects from start to finish. Ideally you are currently working in a professional service, event management and/or executive search firm or are providing administrative support at the senior level. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every client and candidate receive exceptional service
  • Manage all client facing material (i.e. creation of candidate reports, briefing documents, interview guides and proposals templates)
