Job Description
Project Coordinator / Engineer
Obtain all relevant documents (i.e drawings, engineering specification, etc). Work out project costing (Type and quality of material) based on documents and specifications provided by customer.
Interpreting clients' requirements, identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems and ensuring solutions are implemented.
Planning of project execution plan (i.e project scheduling; communicate relevant project information to relevant personnel-in-charge, etc). Analyzing delivery and inventory issues and providing solutions.
Developing project specific procedures for the work to be carried out.
Ensuring all justifications for contractual variations (i.e NCR) during projects is maintained to support subsequent commercial claims
Evaluating, organising and prioritising work within the overall project schedule in a cost- efficient manner.
