We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our urban development consultancy in Adelaide.
This role provides essential administrative and technical support to our engineering teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from initiation through to delivery. You will coordinate project documentation, support contract administration, maintain high-quality record keeping, and assist our engineers with a range of project-related tasks.
This is a key role that helps free up our technical teams to focus on design, delivery, and client management.
Specifically:
Prepare and format project correspondence including letters, minutes, reports and technical documentation.
Coordinate document control activities, including filing, version management, and archiving of project records.
