Hiring for Project Coordinator (Document Controller) with a degree in Civil Engineering to Support in Implementing the document control management in the project execution team.
Roles & Responsibilities included:
- Maintaining incoming/outgoing document/drawing register for all projects.
- Internal/external distributing drawings/documents and maintaining project wise transmittals for all submissions.
- Maintaining register of Samples along with maintaining storage of received samples for access at any time.
- Basic knowledge of CAD, and Microsoft suit to carryout activities such as,
- Loading plotter paper
- Plotting in-house drawings
- Scan drawings/documents
- Uploading documents on Bentley
- Assisting CAMs with,
- Stamping all submission drawings received from consultant.
