Project Coordinator(Design & Engineering) Role Overview ProCreator is seeking a mid-level Project Coordinator to drive smooth delivery across cross-functional, client-facing projects in a fast-paced agency environment. Youll own the day-to-day orchestration of tasks, schedules, dependencies, comms, and risks, ensuring projects move from intake to delivery with clarity and control. As a Project Coordinator in ProCreator, youll keep our projects running smoothly by owning the logistics, coordination, and communication that make great delivery possible. Youll work closely with Project/Delivery Managers, Design, Content, and Engineering teams to maintain sprint cadence in Zoho Sprints and keep stakeholders aligned via crisp updates, minutes of meeting (MoMs), and structured follow-through.
