Job Description
- Assisting Projecat Manager in project management and ensuring project performance is observed
- Involve in design calculation, pipe sizing, equipment selecting to meet client's tender requirement
- Produce and submit shop drawing and specification of equipment list for approval
- To liaise with clients, prepare and submit all require documents, materials for approval.
- Prepare RFIs (Request for Information) for verification with client and submit RFAs (Request for Approval) for clearance.
- Revise drawings and check design with actual site conditions
- Prepare project schedule base on Main Contractor's master schedule
- Prepare and submit progress claim
- Attending site meeting and resolved site issue together with your team to meet clients requirement
- Preparation of Handover Documents and Operation and Maintenance Manual for submit to clients
