:Provides project coordination support as assigned by direct leader to meet departmentandorganizationalgoals.Assistswherenecessaryorthroughprojectmanagementthose business ventures undertaken by the Company to ensure its profitable future.Department Specific Requirements:
Commercial Programs
Serves as a subject matter expert supporting commercial program execution, operational performance, and issue resolution.
Participates in operational coordination for the commercial lines of business, including but not limited to ACA Marketplace, Medicare Supplement, and Employ-Sponsored Plans.
Addresses member questions, resolves basic issues and escalates complex concerns or questions to Member Services for appropriate resolution and/or response.
Participates in enrollee and provider outreach and engagement as needed, documenting all interactions as appropriate in Health Rules, Jiva, or other systems as appropr...
