The Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting planning, coordination, and execution across the company Client Service & Reporting (CSR) team. Reporting to the Director, Client Service & Portfolio Structuring, this role serves as a central hub for team operations, project management, and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with CSR leadership and team members, as well as with partners across the firm, to ensure priorities are clearly defined, progress is tracked, and initiatives are delivered efficiently and at a high standard. This role is a means to make a difference: the operational rigor and execution you bring will directly enable the team's success and help scale the company client service capabilities.
