**Responsibilities:Â**Â
- Project-level support to assist cross-functional teams in delivering on time and within budget, picking up tasks on-request as coordinated by Senior Project Coordinator. Â
- Manage overdue tasks in project plans, sending reminders and escalating unresolved issues as necessary. Â
- Preparation of standard and one - off reports to support teams and Project Managers. Â
- Manage updates to the master dashboard, ensuring that project spaces are up-to-date and aligned with the master dashboard in advance of key meetings. Â
- Responsible for distrib uting metadata reports externally. Â
- Map cost codes to project plans to provide spend forecasts driven ...
