Job Description

Responsibilities

The project coordinator will support senior Project Managers to service and execute market research projects by:

  • Setting up and executing internal sampling plans and coordinating 3rd party fielding activity for successful completion of new and on‑going projects to be delivered on time, on budget, and on scope.
  • Assisting in project folder preparation, questionnaire review, data quality checks, and link testing.
  • Monitoring progress against goals and reporting on targets and identifying project risks to alert PMs of changes in project scope.
  • Assisting with project reconciliation, incentivization, and billing when appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of work experience. Project Management experience is beneficial.
