Project & Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Camrose, Alberta, Canada (This is NOT a remote position and is based at our facility in Camrose, Alberta Canada; the role is situated in Camrose, AB, with occasional travel. There is no camp or remote travel required.)

We’re looking for a Project & Maintenance Coordinator to be a part of our growing Canadian (AB & ON) team. The Project & Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating capital projects and maintenance activities across multiple sites. This role ensures smooth communication between production, maintenance, and management teams to minimize downtime, maintain production flow, and support safety and quality objectives. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Operations, Maintenance, and Procurement to ensure efficient execution of both planned and reactive work.
