Job Description

·       Coordinate project initiation upon receipt of customer Purchase Orders (PO).

·       Maintain and update project tracking lists, delivery schedules, and ETD information.

·       Communicate ETD updates and delivery status to customers in a timely manner.

·       Support project planning activities including scope definition, timelines, and deliverables.

·       Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and resource plans.

·       Monitor project progress and highlight delays or issues to the Project Manager.

·       Assist in identifying project risks and issues and support mitigation actions.

·       Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments (production, logistics, quality, etc.).

·       Track project performance using established tools, reports, and tracking systems.

·       Support the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines.
