Project Coordinator – Burlington, OntarioKey Purpose:
The Project Coordinator (PC) plays a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects of various scopes and complexities. Working under the direction of the Project Manager, the PC is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and managing project-related activities. This role ensures the project team has access to the most accurate and current information to support decision-making and project progression.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:Track weekly construction schedules, comparing baseline vs. actual timelines; identify and report deviations to the Project Manager.
Proactively create, issue, and monitor construction documentation using project management software.
Maintain and update the trade list for each project.
Manage purchase order documentation and update project budgets as needed.
