AECOM is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator for the Buildings + Places team in Burnaby, BC. Support full project lifecycle through coordination and communication in a hybrid work environment.
In this full-time role, you will aid Project Managers in coordinating multidisciplinary projects. Your responsibilities include maintaining documentation, tracking budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will engage with teams, clients, and contractors, ensuring all aspects align with AECOM’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily project coordination across teams
• Manage project documentation and maintain version control
• Track budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Prepare and analyze project status reports regularly
• Elevate project risks or delays as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in relevant fields
• 3 to 5 years of project coordination experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
