Job Description

  • Maintaining and monitoring all aspects of projects: plans, schedules, scopes of work, and budgets and expenditures.
  • Serving as a point of communication between the team, company, and 3rd-party vendors and coordinating internal and external resources.
  • Analyzing project progress and, when necessary, consulting with the supervisor to adapt the scope of the timeline to achieve optimal results.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is well-organized.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Qualification/Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
