Maintaining and monitoring all aspects of projects: plans, schedules, scopes of work, and budgets and expenditures.Serving as a point of communication between the team, company, and 3rd-party vendors and coordinating internal and external resources.Analyzing project progress and, when necessary, consulting with the supervisor to adapt the scope of the timeline to achieve optimal results.Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is well-organized.Providing administrative support as needed.
