 Develop comprehensive project plans.

 Oversee project detailing and monitor team performance.

 Provide clear direction to team members and ensure adherence to contractual requirements. Track project progress and ensure alignment with the project plan.

 Meet the functional objectives of the development department.

 Ensure all projects adhere to required quality standards.

 Set and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily targets for the team.
