Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational cadence of the AI Operations team, including sprint planning, backlog management, and new work intake.
  • Draft and publish the team’s monthly newsletter, showcasing accomplishments and updates to stakeholders.
  • Document projects and track wins to ensure visibility of progress and impact.
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation systems (e.g., Confluence, Notion).
  • Create visual and written reference materials (charts, summaries, process guides) to connect team work to organizational priorities.
  • Standardize reporting and communication methods, including templates for status updates and progress reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BPO and OMX partners to align deliverables and timelines.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure updates and process improvements are well-communicated and adopted.
