Project Coordinator (1-Year Fixed-Term) (Dryden)

About the Position

Our Transmission group is looking to add a Project Coordinator to support the Waasigan Project Team, based on-site outside of Thunder Bay, ON. Reporting to the Project Manager, this 1-year fixed‑term role involves supporting project scheduling, cost tracking, and communication between field construction staff and design engineers on a 365‑kilometre Transmission Line Construction Project in northwestern Ontario. Candidates may work varying shifts and may be required to stay in camps or hotels.

Responsibilities

• Gather status updates on project tasks and coordinate schedule updates between the Project Management team and the Project Controls team.
• Support planning activities including parallel activity coordination, develop execution plans, milestone lists and applicable timing, identify and quantify uncertainties and risks, and develop contingency plans.
