Job Description

GIP has an opportunity available for a Project Coordinator. Reporting to the Project Manager and/or Sr. Project Coordinator, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting organizing crews and equipment, supervising installations, and keep records of such activities. He/she will provide the controls and mechanisms necessary to support effective communications, as well as ensure a safe working environment. He/she is responsible for the facilitated control of the site and all employees and contractors upon the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project/Operations Manager in Managing and coordinating on-site operations;
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring construction work schedules including “look ahead” schedules
  • Liaison with the General Contractors and Owners;
