Plan, organize, assist and execute events from concept through completion

Responsibilities
  • Prepare event proposals including concept, budget estimates, timelines, and logistics, for client
  • Develop creative briefs and work closely with designers to produce event assets such as invitations, signage, banners, and promotional materials
  • Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, signage, seating, and transportation
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and venues
  • Create and maintain detailed event timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents
  • Oversee on‑site event setup, execution, and breakdown, troubleshooting issues in real time
