Project Controls Specialist (2 Year Contract)

The Project Controls Specialist is responsible for prioritizing and optimizing the overall performance of program/project cost‑schedule monitoring and control.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide hands‑on support for Capital program financial tracking, planning, budgeting, forecasting, administration, invoicing, reporting, and financial controls to ensure capital program targets are achieved. Assist in the planning, monitoring, and budget control of the Operating Expense Program.
• Analyze cost and schedule metrics and KPIs to monitor project and program performance, and prepare weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support the administration and coordination of the Project Management Office.
• Deliver consistent updates to responsible managers, including status summaries, performance insights, critical path reviews, and related analysis.
