Job Title: Project Controls Manager in WINNIPEG, MB.

Our large general contractor client is currently hiring a PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER in Manitoba. This is a full time, permanent role with relocation offered.

Responsibilities

• Establish, own, and operate the project controls function, focusing on the Biosolids Phase 2 project, while overseeing project controls activities across the Manitoba portfolio.
• Own and maintain cost control, forecasting, and cash flow processes. Develop and manage cost-to-complete forecasts and financial trend analysis.
• Identify and explain variances between system-reported performance and field-reported productivity. Provide clear, decision-ready financial insights to project leadership.
• Apply earned value and performance measurement principles. Communicate schedule and cost performance indicators such as SPI.
