Project Controls Manager - Infrastructure Projects in Dubai. Parsons is seeking a dynamic Project Controls Manager to lead planning, scheduling, cost, and risk management functions across major infrastructure programs in Dubai. The role requires a strong background in Primavera P6, risk analysis, and team leadership within complex, multi-package environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide strategic direction across all project controls disciplines including schedule, cost, risk, and performance
  • Lead a team of planning engineers and manage controls across multi-package infrastructure programs
  • Develop integrated master schedules and validate resource alignment for timely delivery
