Project Controls Manager

Air Products is hiring a Site-Based Project Controls Manager to lead and support project cost and schedule discipline, risk management, and change control to deliver efficient capital results.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of project cost and schedule baselines.
• Ensure application of PDO work processes across project controls areas.
• Monitor and analyze cost/schedule performance and forecast accuracy.
• Manage project change control workflows and reporting.
• Lead development of risk registers and risk‑adjusted forecasts.
• Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, VOWD, and KPIs.
• Validate progress and contractor performance.
• Provide leadership with metrics and analysis of contractor performance to support contractor management.
• Manage the Estimating function.
