Must-haves: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Business/Finance or related) with Owner industry experience, 10+ years in Engineering & Construction capital projects (pipeline preferred), strong project cost control expertise, and hands-on experience with MS Office, EcoSys, Oracle Cloud, and Power BI.
