Job Description

  • Monitor overall project budget and help project manager in maintaining cashflow against projected flow
  • Oversee the procurement and contracting activities. Involves in monitoring and approval of contractor's payments
  • Assist project manager in identifying cost and schedule variance and corrective action
  • Oversee payment process for purchase contracts
  • Interface between Procurement and Finance for payment
  • Ensure cost reporting and supporting documents are compliant and audit ready with regulatory bodies to support claims. Includes support of account closure for project capitalisation
  • Review contracts in dispute resolution with Contractors and provide responses where required
  • Maintenance of the cost control procedure
  • Prepare purchase contracts for work packages
