Job Description

The Challenges

  • Financial Oversight & Reporting: Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cash flows and financial reports; monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and prepare regular updates on financial performance and risks for senior management and stakeholders

  • Cost Control & Optimization: Implement cost control procedures, identify cost-saving opportunities, review contracts for compliance, and ensure accurate project billing and cost/revenue alignment.

  • Forecasting & Risk Management: Conduct detailed cost and sales forecasts, update projections based on changing conditions, identify potential financial risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Project Tracking & Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers to track milestones, deliverables, and timelines; assist in preparing schedules, resource plans, and addressing budget-related opportunities or threats.
