Proven background in project control, management, or delivery oversight
Experience handling budgets, revenue tracking, and financial reporting
Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic settings
Solid understanding of IT technologies and Managed Service Provider service models
Familiarity with project tracking tools, reporting frameworks, and SLAs
Knowledge of risk identification, mitigation, and translating technical activities into financial outcomes
Highly organized, proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills
