Project Control Officer (PCO) Analyst

Our Quebec based client is seeking an experienced bilingual Project Control Officer (PCO) Analyst to join their project on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls, portfolio management, or IT project coordination preferably within a PCO or PMO setting along with proven expertise in budget oversight and project financial control. This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site 2 to 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support an internal Project Manager (PM).
• Produce and maintain dashboards, performance indicators and reports for management.
• Analyze organizational capacity, workloads and priorities to support decision-making.
