Project Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Consistently collaborates with construction/project manager and project team. Proactively identifies, handles, and resolves potential problems, work issues, or schedule challenges. Develops and implements recovery plan. Works with project team to anticipate and resolve project issues.


• Communicates with the project teams to define scope of work, need for change to budgets and schedules, and identification of variances from the original plan.


• Collaborate with the scheduling team in the development and maintenance of resource loaded schedule


• Analyzes the trending and presenting schedule, progress, and cost information to project personnel.
