About this job
Project Contracts Manager will serve as the central contract manager throughout the project lifecycle by negotiating, finalizing, and administering agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers; reviewing terms to ensure alignment with project goals and legal requirements; monitoring compliance and maintaining accurate records and correspondence; collaborating with project teams to clarify obligations and communicate contract status; identifying and mitigating contractual risks and proactively managing change orders, claims, and disputes (including facilitating negotiations, mediation, or liaising with legal counsel as needed); and preparing and presenting performance and compliance reports to stakeholders to minimize disruptions and ensure successful contract execution.
