Project Consultant (HRMS)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business and system requirements.
• Configure and deploy systems according to project scope and country‑specific regulations in coordination with the local country project management team.
• Support the end‑to‑end project lifecycle: from discovery, solution design, testing, go‑live, to post‑implementation support.
• Coordinate and support data migration, user training, and parallel runs as needed.

Stakeholder & Client Coordination

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
• Work cross‑functionally with regional and local teams including product, payroll, legal, and compliance teams.

Process & Documentation

• Prepare high‑quality project documentation including configuration logs, test scripts, and user guides.
