Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.Professional accreditation or membership with a recognized body such as GhIS, IQS, or equivalent.
Minimum of 7–10 years’ proven experience as a consultant quantity surveyor across road construction, building construction, and railway construction projects.
Demonstrated experience in cost planning, contract administration, claims management, and multi-sector consultancy.
In-depth understanding of international and local standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
Proficiency in cost management and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy, WinQS, MS Excel).
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, industry standards, and best practices across multiple sectors.
