Project Construction Manager

Job Summary

Manage construction projects and maintenance activities on multiple moderately complex, multi-million-dollar projects from conceptual design through completion, with primary responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance.

Lead construction teams to ensure project and maintenance activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate with supervisors, project stakeholders, and customers to provide direction, resolve issues, and communicate project status, including technical, organizational, and financial matters.

Conduct complex analyses related to construction activities, develop alternative action strategies to achieve milestones, perform risk assessments, and implement corrective actions as needed. Support construction efficiency throughout all project phases including conceptual design, construction, turnover, and closeout.
