Project Commercial Specialist(Chinese speaker)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Project Commercial Specialist to join our Project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily client communication and coordination, receiving client's routine requests, modification comments, and inquiries/
• Centrally send and receive client files: design drafts, die-cut diagrams, material samples, final approved drafts, and standard requirements.
• Follow up the entire process of sample making, sample shipping and client sample confirmation and collection.
• Address clients' daily progress inquiries and provide simple progress updates; escalate major issues to the PM for handling.
• Collect client feedback and satisfaction information, and document potential new needs and business opportunities from clients.
