We are excited to open an internal opportunity for a Project Coordinator, responsible for assisting in the management and delivery of low‑complexity, entry‑level projects involving internal stakeholders, from inception to closure. This role is ideal for someone wanting to build foundations in project management and progress toward becoming a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Governance

  • Create and maintain stakeholder registers and communication plans.
  • Facilitate project engagements with internal stakeholders.
  • Set up and maintain governance and management templates.
  • Develop and communicate project schedules under senior guidance.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, applying corrective or mitigating actions.
