Project Purchasing & Sourcing Management

  • Leads all purchasing activities from project kickoff to closure (SOP), ensuring compliance with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.
  • Defines sourcing plans, manages the RFQ process (via PuMa/Auctions), and selects suppliers based on segment strategy and bundle opportunities.
  • Coordinates design reviews (S-VRF) to ensure supplier alignment, capture improvements, and secure acceptance of requirements.

Risk & Technical Management

  • Identifies critical parts and assesses supplier risks (capacity, financial, technical) to develop and record contingency plans.
