Job Duties

  • Organize and coordinate resources of BIM Department.

  • Manage the cost effective deployment of the BIM resources.

  • Establish, execute and manage the BIM implementation.

  • Develop BIM policy, strategy and implementation plan for the organisation and its projects.

  • Explore and Evaluate new BIM related software platforms and technologies.

  • Develop project specific BIM standards and QA/QC.

  • BIM Process Management.

  • Resolve BIM implementation issues.

  • Lead the BIM training in corporate and project level.

    • Requirements

  • Degree or above in Building Service, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

  • 10 years or above relevant experience in BIM / Architectural / Building Service consultant or contractor.
