Project-Based IT Business Analyst (Mid-Level)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality systems that improve business processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and specifications
- Collaborate with Dev Leads, Scrum Masters, and System Analysts to ensure alignment
- Analyze workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain project documentation across the full SDLC
- Create test cases and support system testing and validation
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution
- Manage bugs, issues, and testing deliverables per sprint cycle
