Job Summary :

The Project-Based Coordinator – Real Estate Land Documentation is responsible for managing, coordinating, and tracking land-related documentation for real estate projects. The role ensures accuracy, legal compliance, timely completion, and proper coordination with internal teams, legal advisors, government authorities, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Land Documentation & Compliance

  • Coordinate preparation, review, and maintenance of land-related documents including title deeds, sale agreements, lease deeds, conveyance deeds, and power of attorney documents.
  • Ensure land records are accurate, complete, and compliant with local laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Track land ownership details, encumbrances, and due diligence reports.
  • Assist in land acquisition, registration, and mutation processes.
