Job Description

  • To take off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • To assess and identify Variation Order (VO) work for all subcontract packages
  • To provide support for measurement and pricing on contract's VO claim
  • To process monthly progress claim and final claim according to SOP requirements
  • To attend all relevant contracts administration & documentation for the project
  • To take off measurement - remeasurement for sub-contract's payment and final account purposes
  • To work out cost estimation or budgetary cost
  • To liaise with Consultants / Main Contractors on VO and progress claims
  • To liaise with Suppliers for quotations
  • To maintain relevant documentation in orderly and proper manner
  • A minimum of 10 years hands-on experience (preferably with consultancy practice)
  • PSPC-Recognised Degree for Quantity Surveying (QS) Discipline
