- Support the Project Sales Team in daily administrative and operational requirements
- Prepare and process purchase orders, projects quotations, and sales reports
- Coordinate with supply chain, credit and collection, and logistics for timely fulfillment
- Assist in pipeline tracking, PSW updates and documentation for ongoing projects
- Handle customer inquiries, documentation, and coordination with key projects
