Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Develop and implement structured training plans based on client-provided materials.
- Design and maintain training courseware, tools, and documentation.
- Manage and update training files, adapting approaches based on project requirements.
- Support the establishment and coordination of internal trainer teams.
Quality Assurance
- Design and oversee quality management processes to address operational issues.
- Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify recurring issues and implement corrective measures to reduce errors and enhance output quality.
- Support the setup and coordination of internal Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
Crowd & Operations Management
- Monitor contributor performance to ensure targets for quality, productivity, and throughput are achieved.
