Project Assistant

Description We are looking for a dependable Project Assistant to support a short-term contract assignment across school sites in Gainesville, Florida. This Contract position focuses on visiting multiple campuses to document and evaluate furniture using a client-provided iPad while working as part of a larger field team. The role is well suited to someone who is organized, comfortable with mobile technology, and able to stay active throughout the workday.

Responsibilities:
• Travel to assigned school campuses each day and support on-site project activities across multiple locations
• Review furniture at each site and record assessment details accurately using a tablet device
• Move efficiently between buildings and campuses while maintaining productivity throughout the day
• Participate in daily team check-ins before heading to designated school assignments
