Project Assistant

Description We are looking for a Project Assistant to support a short-term Contract assignment across school locations in Gainesville, Florida. In this role, you will help document and evaluate furniture assets at multiple sites while using provided mobile equipment to capture assessment details accurately. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment, and able to adapt to changing daily site assignments.

Responsibilities:
• Travel to assigned school locations each day and support on-site project activities across multiple campuses.
• Review furniture items in various school settings and record condition and inventory details using a client-provided iPad.
• Move efficiently between buildings and campuses to complete scheduled assessments within daily project timelines.
