What you'll be doing
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various exhibitions and events, ensuring seamless execution
- Liaise with clients, vendors and partners to gather requirements, manage logistics and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with the creative team to bring event concepts to life, including set-up, dismantling and post-event activities
- Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets and timelines
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and generate awareness
