PROJECT ARCHITECT (OFFICE FIT-OUT)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design and space planning for office fit-out projects

  • Manage projects from conceptualization through execution and turnover

  • Oversee and mentor Junior Architect/s

  • Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers

  • Review and approve architectural drawings, technical documentation, and specifications

  • Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity, quality control, and timely progress

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards

  • Align architectural intent with mechanical, electrical, and IT requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

  • Licensed Architect (Required)
