Position Description:
The Project Architect will be a key leader on the team responsible for guiding clients through the design process while producing high quality construction documents. This role is fully responsible for multiple multifamily and/or small commercial projects. This role will also be responsible for supporting project pipeline development with multifamily/affordable housing clients throughout North Carolina and Virginia.

Responsibilities:
  • Be an Expert Guide to Clients by Leading Architecture Services:
    • Due Diligence + Feasibility Studies.
    • Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development.
    • Construction Documents.
    • Construction Administration / Internal Construction Support.
    • Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
  • Understand, Communicate, and Ensure the Execution of Client’s Values, Goals, and Vision for their project.
