• Validates and checks plans and drawings to ensure that all calculation are accurate according to approved architectural design
• In-charge of over-all supervision, planning, coordination and schedule management of assigned project.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope of work based on the approved budget.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Architecture, preferably licensed
• Can work under pressure and can handle work with very minimal or no supervision
• Project management skills, strong supervisory and leadership skills
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
